Rahul Ranjan, Founder & Chief Learning Officer
A Gold Medalist from National Institute of Technology Bhopal, he has over 8 years of experience in the Technology, Education and Social Development sector. He has worked in low-income private and public schools as a Teach for India Fellow in the founding batch of 2009-11. He currently works with Founding Years Learning Solutions as Vice President. Rahul strongly believes in using education as a tool for social empowerment and sees Sunshine Schools as a catalyst to this effect.

Joanna Sundharam, Co-Founder, Head of Training and Operations
Joanna, is a Teach for India fellow from the 2013 cohort and has worked in a government school for 2 years. She has interned with organisations like Giveindia, Youth ki Awaaz, Atma and Kranti. She has also set up an after school learning center called The Magic Room in Adarsh Nagar, for the children from the nearby community. She believes that every child deserves a fair chance to reach their full potential. Sunshine Schools is a place for children to discover and realize their dreams, through good quality and holistic education.

Sangeeta Sharma, Co-Founder, Head of administration & parents' relations
Sangeeta Sharma has over 11 years experience as primary teacher at St Paul's School, Rampur and at Honeydew School, Gurgaon. She has BA Pass from Delhi University, MA (Political Science) from Meerut University, BEd from Rohtak University, and Diploma in Urdu Language from Delhi University. Sangeeta has a deep passion for children and for providing high-quality education for all.
